Mo'adore is intended as a personal blog, written by Morag Margaret Lee. It isn't a registered business and I have never made any money from it. It was started in January 2011 and is curretly hosted on Blogger. I have not purchased the domain name. This blog is provided purely for entertainment purposes and everything you read is at your own risk. I am not a generally offensive person but if you read something you don't like I'm don't want to hear it (I'll put it here that I swear a fair bit). 

At the time of writing this disclaimer, every post on this website has been written by myself. I have never opened up guest blogging positions and do not see myself doing so. Any posts which were written as requested by a PR are still written in my own words. Any words that belong to someone else are clearly stated within quotation marks (or by saying according to, or by etc, either way it will be strongly implied).

Any advice provided is from my own personal experience and should not be taken as a substitute for professional advice from a doctor, make-up artist, therapist, counsellor, vet, hotel operator, scientist, nutritionist, priest (you get the picture). My professional trade is marketing so unless I'm providing marketing advice (which I don't do on this blog) then do not take it as a professional advice.

I have no issue with someone using my words on their own site as long as full credit is given and a link back to moadore.blogspot.com is provided. However it is not permitted to re-post my words in full as duplicate content on the web is bad for SEO, so only pick your favourite paragraph. A heads-up is considered polite but not essential.

My written work may not be used in a printed publication without explicit written consent.

I will never incorrectly defame or insult anyone directly with my words. Any anecdotes I mention will be my own 100% opinion and accurate from my personal perspective, and will never use the given or legal name of the individuals involved or mentioned. However in certain cases the pronoun chosen may give away the identification of the individual i.e. mum, aunt, dad, ex-boyfriend etc but in these cases only those who know me well will know the name of the individual. Anecdotes used will be to support an argument I am making within a blog post, and I will never published a blog post specifically to defame someone.

I have had this blog since Janaury 2011 and my opinions have changed since the start. My reviews on products and on matters in the world will no doubt have changed since writing certain posts.

I have deleted some of my earlier posts for a variety of reasons, and I reserve the right to do this without notice. 

I do occasionally accept products from PRs. I choose carefully which products I feature and turn down more offers than I accept. In the event that I do accept a product to be delivered for my public review I will always give my honest opinion. If the person making the PR request wishes that I don't review the product if my opinion is negative then they should state this before sending me the product.

At the time of writing this, 8th July 2013, I have publicly reviewed every product I have been sent as I think it's bad manners not to. As my blog grows it may become that I can't feature every product I am sent but to this day I have followed through on all requests. 

I also attend events as part of my blog. These will not be marked with an asterix but will be made clear after my signature, and will possibly be mentioned at some point during the post. This also goes for events for which I was the plus one, in which case I will make it clear I was the plus one and not make myself out to have been invited by the company themselves (or PR firm acting on behalf of the company). This however only applies to posts which are specifically about the event itself and not the mention during my weekly In This Week posts.

The layout currently seen on here at the time of writing was coded by myself from scratch and does not include a pre-made template as a base or starting point. I do not give anyone the right to copy or use part of my code for their own website. I do not have any issue with someone learning from my code, but you do not have permission to directly copy it. I have inserted a few lines of code that do absolutely nothing to change the design on the screen but act as proof of theft.
